South Elementary

South Elementary students enjoyed a "Kiss the Pig" Assembly before the break! Students raised money this month to donate to the Children's Miracle Network. South students enjoyed a movie and popcorn, a bottle-flip challenge, board games, and a STEAM day before ending their CMN campaign with this Kiss A Pig assembly. Students put their coins in buckets and the school staff who got the most money donated in their bucket had to kiss a pig. We're not sure who enjoyed it the most: the kids, the pig kissing the pig, Mrs. Maddox or Dr. Heseman! But it was a fun day. We thank South Elementary for donating $ 1,787 to CMN. We also thank Megan Tisler for bringing one of her amazing pigs that likes to kiss humans!
