South Elementary

South Elementary third graders delighted families with a heartwarming performance of “Yes, Virginia, There Is a Santa Claus,” under the direction of music teacher Mrs. Jennifer Turner. Students proudly showcased their growing musical skills by playing ocarinas, reciting verses, and singing festive songs about Santa and Christmas. The program concluded with an energetic percussion piece that brought the performance to a joyful close. It was clear how much these students are learning about music, and even clearer how much they love it. We enjoyed watching their eyes light up with each piece they performed!
