South Elementary integrates Career Days throughout the school year & students had a fun treat when LISD graduate Megan Latham, came to the campus to teach students about her job as an F45 trainer. “My job as an F45 trainer is to keep my members safe and healthy while participating in our 45 minute circuit-based workout program. I am in charge of explaining the workout, demonstrating the exercises, encouraging the members, and keeping the studio organized and clean.” Megan taught students several exercises and talked to them about the importance of staying active and healthy.
