South Elementary GT students presented their research projects to parents under the direction of Alyssa Peschell. These GT students studied an endangered species to find out more about their habitats, mannerisms, and how we can help bring them back in abundance. Each student presented an oral presentation of their findings; however, they also had a special project with this study. They designed stickers and made them to sell to friends as a fundraiser for the World Wildlife Fund and raised $350 to give to the foundation. The WWF sent the students back stuffed animals and two $50 savings bonds. Thank you, Mrs. Peschell, for guiding these students on this endeavor.
