Escape the Music Room!

South students in Mrs. Alyssa Peschell's classes experienced a Music Escape Room this week.  The escape room has become very popular in recent years.  Mrs. Peschell's Music Escape Room included reading, problem-solving, critical thinking, math, and teamwork. It reinforced what they had already know about music notes. Students were under a time limit and had to complete several steps in a series of puzzles, questions, clues, and codes to find the key that opened the box that completed their mission. It was fun to see all these skills to reinforce music.  Thank you, Mrs. Peschell, for helping students think out of the box......literally!
